01Bombshell Arena — player and data deletion

Bombshell Arena players can request deletion by emailing mert@polyque.com. Put “Bombshell Arena data deletion” in the subject, include your in-game player code if available, and describe whether you want all associated online player, friend and personal game data deleted. We will identify the relevant records and may ask for the minimum additional information needed to verify ownership. Do not send passwords, one-time codes or full payment details.

Android progression and delivered consumable items are stored on the device; removing local app data can permanently lose them and does not itself delete online-service records. Contact us before erasing local data so the relevant player can still be identified. Provider-held analytics and diagnostic data will be handled through the appropriate deletion process where identifiable. Independent Google Play payment records and your Google account are not deleted.

The 30-day retention and one-week service statements for the other games below do not apply to Bombshell Arena. We handle Bombshell Arena privacy requests within applicable statutory periods and explain any records that must be retained for legal obligations. 02Request account and game-data deletion

Players of Blimp Merge, Cat Trap and Marble Country Race can request deletion of their personal game data, including an associated account and saved progress, by emailing mert@polyque.com. You can use this route even if your game does not require an account.

The link opens your email application; send the email to submit your request. Clicking the link alone does not send a request or delete data.

• Tell us the game’s name.
• Include your player or account ID if available and specify whether you want all associated personal game data deleted.
• If you use Apple’s Hide My Email, mention it so we can match the correct account.
• Do not send passwords, verification codes, full card details or unnecessary identity documents.

03In-app deletion and Apple sign-in

Online games that use Sign in with Apple provide an in-app “Delete account” option. Use that option or the email route above. Account deletion includes associated game data; it is not merely disconnection of Apple sign-in.

Deleting a Polyque Games account does not delete your Apple Account. Uninstalling a game or removing its Apple sign-in authorisation is not confirmation that game records have been deleted.

04Progress, purchases and subscriptions

Deleting your account and associated game data removes saved progress and may prevent access to account-linked items. Treat deletion as permanent. Contact us before proceeding if you need help understanding the effect on a purchase.

Subscription cancellation is separate. Manage active subscriptions through the store where you purchased them; deleting an account, uninstalling an app or requesting deletion by email does not automatically stop store billing. Independent store transaction records and your Apple or Google account are not deleted by this request.

05Verification, timing and retention

We complete account and associated game-data deletion within one week once the relevant request can be identified and verified. We may ask for the minimum information necessary to avoid deleting another player’s data.

Polyque Games retains its mobile-game records for 30 days. A deletion request can remove your records earlier. This period does not replace the separate NEVERENDER beta application notice or independent store recordkeeping requirements.

Integrated services have their own processing and deletion schedules. Firebase, for example, documents 90 days for Crashlytics crash traces and associated identifiers before removal begins. Where a provider processes data on our behalf, we handle your request through its deletion process. This is distinct from records a store or provider controls independently. If a particular record must be kept by law, its use is limited to that requirement and it is retained only for the required period; contact us for details relevant to your request.
